Shipping timesframes

We aim to ship within 3-5 working days.

Please check individual stores for clarification on their stock readiness. 

Glitter goods are ready stock, Printed leather products are In-house printed and other leather products ready stock so will have a slight turnaround, Fabricfelts and canvas prints are printed In-house so will have a slight turnaround timeframe.

Jelly transparent will be a mixture of ready stock and In-house printed stock so will again have a slight turnaround.

Embroidery Items will be stitched to demand so will have their own turnaround timeframes depending on the retail calendar and peak sale periods such as eater and Christmas which may be a little longer.

In-house stationery if custom printed you will be provided with a turnaround time dependent on the artwork provided

Once shipped we will mark as dispatched through the website, where you will receive a notification via your nominated email. The package will be sent out on a service requiring a signature when receiving.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you wish to cancel your order you are entitled to have a refund in full under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. All you have to do is notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to cancel. However, they must be returned un-used and untouched and still in the condition they were dispatched and returned back in their original packaging, Once received and inspected we will process the refund upon receipt and inspection. If they aren't returned in the condition supplied we will deduct any damages before issuing the remainder of the order originally supplied. Order Cancellations due to this being your choice we will not refund any postage paid.

In the situation that you are not happy with a product, you have received or you simply change your mind about the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

You have the right to return it to us at your own cost. Providing that the items are received unused and in the same condition as sent and in their packaging after an inspection we will issue a credit where you can exchange them for other items within the "Crafty House Emporium" across any of the stores. Order Cancellations due to this being your choice we will not refund any postage paid.

Out of stock items, if an item cannot be fulfilled due to a supplier issue or incorrect stock inventory we will issue a refund straight back to your account via the method of payment for that item that cannot be fulfilled.

Faulty goods you are entitled to have a refund in full or we are happy to issue an exchange or credit. Consumer Rights Act 2015 All you have to do is notify us within receipt of receiving the goods on the same day. However, they must be returned unused and in the condition, that they were received and returned back in their original packaging, Once received and inspected we will process the choice of a refund, exchange or credit upon receipt and inspection.  Faulty returns we will refund any postage paid.

Exchanges and credits will be offered where an item is not at a satisfactory level, all we ask is that we are notified within the same day of you receiving the items, and then they are returned to us for inspection. We will then after inspection, will happily exchange the item for a like-for-like product or a substitution upon contacting you or credit to use across any of the stores within the "Crafty House Emporium stores". We will then cover the postage to supply to you. A refund will only be issued if an item is faulty and you choose not to have an exchange or credit.

In the likelihood a parcel is ever lost in transit by a shipping company, we will raise an investigation on your behalf under the reference of the original tracking and signature reference. After the shipping company have investigated and we have received their feedback, if they deem the parcel lost or delivered incorrectly we will replace your order, in the case, we cannot fulfil any items and the parcel was originally fulfilled with no issues then a credit will be issued to use across any of the "GlitterUp! Gifts and Craft Supplies inventory" This will be fulfilled under a goodwill gesture. The postage of the replacements issued will be at our own cost. We will only issue a refund in the instance the items cannot be replaced due to a supplier issue or a permanent out-of-stock. If the shipping company wish to dispute the claim, the matter will be dealt with on an individual basis, under our Goodwill policy of exchanges and credits. If you choose to source items elsewhere within this time rather than wait for us to investigate, we will still fulfil our contract under our terms and conditions.

Refunds or exchanges or Credits will not be issued to those products that have been made to your specifications or personalised or a custom request i.e the use of your own branding or logos.

Custom logos /Imagery

For custom requests it is your reponsibiliy to ensure you have the permissions to use imagery, especially personal photographic imagery or logo's, with this in mind all that we ask is that you get the school,local business, or person to email with a reference to the imagery / logo to confirm permission.

If it is your personal business for a custom request, all we ask is once ordered and fulfilled and printed, you are deeming us upon fulfillment of your order having permission to use photographic imagery to then promote the use of our Custom printing Services. You must supply your own logo to us via email on a JPEG or PNG file.

Use of Website Imagery

You are free to use our website imagery to promote products to your customers - the only thing we ask is that you actively promote GlitterUp! Gift and Craft Supplies Store and the stockist stores within where you originally sourced our products from if anyone was to enquire.
